"I love it that DCC is so child-centered and embraces
project-based learning. A short lesson about reusing
in my daughter's 4 year old room turned into two
months of learning about recycling, reducing and reusing because the children were so interested in the topic. It was so cool to witness as a parent and it really fostered a love of learning in my child!
I love DCC's teachers. Not only are they warm and caring, but
they are child development experts who have helped me become a better parent. At least one lead teacher is there when I drop off my son and when I pick up my son, so I can
easily communicate with them,
and my son has the benefit of
having a qualified and educated
teacher in his room the
entire day.”"

"DCC not only teaches your child to grow emotionally
but truly enables your child to develop the necessary
academic skills and knowledge to advance in their future primary schooling. My daughter has grown leaps and bounds since leaving her West County Montessori School and coming to DCC's educational program. I wouldn't trade this
experience for anything. "

"My wife and I find it a awesome blessing to be
able to have our child Kyndall enrolled at DCC. We appreciate such a warm and educational environment that motivates Kyndall to learn and grow. With such warm spirited faculty and staff, it makes us comfortable as parents to support the cause of DCC in developing a balanced education and social environment for our daughter. We believe that DCC provides one of the first steps in cultivating excellent students and soon to be responsible citizens. Thank you DCC for all your hard work and tremendous effort!"

"Our daughter gets a great education at DCC. She is always amazing us with the new words that she has learned and the constant improvements in her fine motor skills. We know that DCC will keep her development on track."

"DCC is the second daycare we have been at. After experiencing another daycare for my daughter's first year, DCC was recommended and we instantly fell in love with it. My daughter made more progress with milestones in her first two weeks at DCC than she had in her last 2 months at the previous daycare. We are so glad we switched her and wish we had done it sooner!"

One of the most important decisions a parent will make has to do with the education of their child. Our comprehensive program includes a quality curriculum for infants, toddlers, twos and preschool aged children. Our low ratio of teacher to child affords an opportunity for true primary care.
Qualified teachers provide developmentally appropriate activities for each child. Authentic portfolios with observations, work samples, photos, and assessments guide our teachers in incorporating individual goals into their lesson plans. Children are grouped in like ages and teachers stay with each child throughout each day.
Our families play a significant piece to the success of our program. All families are encouraged to participate in classroom meetings and all school events. The communication between family and school is established with continuous contact between each child with their families.
We pride ourselves on having even lower ratios in
the classrooms than state requirements so that
we can offer more individual care. Our ratio
in the Infant Room is 1:3, our Toddler
Room is 1:4, our Two's Room is 1:6
and our Preschool Room is 1:8.
